How we collect data
Contact Form or email
Should you choose to contact us using the form on our Contact page, the data will be collated into an email and sent to us over a secure channel. When sending emails to us directly, the contents may or may not be transmitted securely depending on which email system you use.
We will only use the information you provide in order to respond to your message. We will not pass on your information to any third party without your consent.
The information you provide when applying for a stall will be kept for the purpose of orgnising the event. It may be passed on to the local Environmental Health and/or Food Safety Teams from the Vale of White Horse and South Oxfordshire District Councils. It will not be passed to any other third party without your consent.
We use an email mailing list to provide subscribers with information about our next event. This is typically done once a year and lets subscribers know when they can start applying for a stall. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, either by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the emails from the list or by contacting us.
We may invite stallholders to participate in a post-event survey provided by SurveyMonkey
We retain information you provide via contact forms, emails and stall applications for a maximum of 6 months following the event to which it relates. We do this in case there are post-event issues to be resolved.
